Warning!!!

Are warning signs a good or a bad thing? On my travels I have had evhistensil negativity implemented maybe deliberately from warning signs.

 These signs maybe monitoring me some how they pretend to be with the stars. But are the warning signs a bad thing I already get friendly warnings on Facebook even if that is designed for kids.
